Never pay money to get a job. No real employer asks for a “registration fee”, “form fee” or “uniform money”. Report anyone who does.
If you are looking for work
- Meet first in a public place, in daylight.
- Tell a friend or family member where you are going and who you are meeting. Share the job link with them.
- Agree the pay, hours, days off and food/accommodation before you start. Ask for it in a message.
- Keep your own phone and ID. Never hand them over to an employer.
- Look for employers with the ID checked badge and good ratings.
- You must be 18 or older to work through JobCity.
If you are hiring
- Meet and talk before inviting anyone into your home.
- Prefer workers with ID checked and guarantor badges; call the guarantor yourself.
- Pay what you agreed, on time. Workers rate you — repeated “not paid” ratings suspend accounts.
- Never employ anyone under 18. It is against the law and our rules.
- Treat workers with respect: fair hours, rest days, food and a safe place to sleep for live-in work.
